Return and Exchange Policy
- You can return or exchange almost everything you buy from us online. Let us know within 14 days of delivery via the Returns form below.
- Items you can not return or exchange include: Top ups, Unlocks, headphones and earphones (for hygiene reasons).
- Please note that products brought online can not be returned or exchanged in store.
- Refunds to debit or credit cards can take up to 10 days and cheque refunds can take up to 28 days from when we receive the item back.
- We do not offer free returns, Unless a product is faulty, in which case we will reimburse you of the cost to be sent back to us using Royal Mail standard recorded delivery.
- We advise you to use recorded delivery when returning items to us as we will not take liability for lost products in the post.
- Let us know in advice that you are returning an item to us, please do this by filling in the form below.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Make sure you include the following when returning any item to us for a refund or exchange;
-Returns sheet (this would have come with your order originally)
-Your name, address, email address and contact telephone number.
-The product, unused and in its original packaging.
